Acrobat Reader is needed to view files in the Adobe Acrobat portable document format (pdf). Acrobat Reader is available on-line from the following sources and is free and freely distributable.
Adobe maintains both an FTP site (ftp.adobe.com) and a World Wide Web page (http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html) for downloading the Acrobat Reader.
