Design: Management and design of Military Construction and RDT&E projects. Develop design criteria to satisfy user requirements. Select Architect-Engineer to perform studies and project designs. Represent users with US Army Corps of Engineers, Design Agent. Participate in RFP and Source Selections.
Construction: Provide construction oversight to insure provided facilities meet design criteria and satisfy user needs. Interface with construction agent (Corps of Engineers or Navy Facilities Engineering Corps).
Engineering and Construction Support Contract: A unique, quick reaction engineering study, design, and construction contract which provides facility related support for SMC requirements worldwide.
Floorspace Allocation: Provide recommendations to SMC for facility use in support of 61 ABG/CE and SMC. This includes determination of needs, managing office space, and follow-through on SMC decisions.
